This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a helpful staff. They even helped with my heavy bags during my first stay. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for Christmas.

The hotel has a great location near the downtown area and offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. However, the air conditioning unit was quite dated and noisy, which made sleeping a challenge. Breakfast options were limited, yet the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We loved exploring the nearby Liberty Pier and the relaxing local parks. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops, and the live music events added a fun twist to our evenings. Staying with my adult kids, we made some great memories!
My kids wished for more seating in our room.

I appreciated the hotel's clean and inviting décor, which felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were particularly attentive, helping me with my luggage and ensuring I had the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Improved sound insulation between rooms would be beneficial.

Perfect stay for a couple getaway
The room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud I swear I haven’t slept that good in years Plus the staff were super friendly but uh especially this one lady Tracy she was amazing and made our check-in smooth.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what I’ll take it for how good the experience was.

The hotel boasts welcoming staff, with Victor providing great local dining recommendations and even offering to keep snacks for us after checkout. The spacious, clean room with a nice view added to the experience, complemented by the peaceful hot tub for relaxation. However, noise levels were moderate, and the breakfast, though self-serve, was standard and lacked variety.

The hot tub was great, but the carpet was stained.

Diving into the local food scene was a blast! The fries at Eichardt's Pub are a must-try—crispy and seasoned to perfection. Plus, the hot tub suite was an unbeatable choice for chilling with the teens, and the check-in girl nailed it with her local dining recs!
The layout of the hotel is a bit of a head-scratcher. you might find yourself trekking through the cold to get to breakfast. And, let’s be real, the water pressure in the shower could use some muscle.

Easy walk to downtown. Staff super friendly. Layout is a bit confusing, with breakfast far from some rooms. Water pressure in the shower weak.

spacious, spacious, spacious
I loved how spacious my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was! I think the huge TV might have been the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel-it was a real treat for movie night. They even have 24/7 complimentary snacks
Totally recommend! 💖✨
